Beijing organic farm Co. Ltd. was set up by people who stepped into the green food field first and then developed it, to support environment protection in China, explore and improve Chinese organic foods.

With the business development, more and more customers believe in products from “organic farm”. We hope to service our customers better; therefore, we started to provide VIP Home Delivery Service in March 2006, delivering products from our distribution center to your home directly. Easy shopping at home, it’s no more a dream!

This VIP direct delivery service is only provided in Beijing and Shanghai currently. However, it will spread to Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hong Kong soon. We deliver three times per week in Beijing & Shanghai. Many kinds of products are available. There are fresh vegetables and fruits, grains, beans, herbs, sunflower kernels, peanuts, eggs, milk, yoghourt, all from our own organic farms or other associated organic farms, as well as a whole range of imported basic organic foods from Germany, including wines and beer, VOELKEL fruit juices, HOLLE Baby Food, LOGONA Natural Cosmetics, furthermore a range of organic foods from MUSO / Japan and clothes made from Xinjiang organically grown cotton, all easily be ordered through internet.

After we received your completed application form, we will give you a VIP customer number, which, in combination with your name given in the application form, will be your password for placing online orders.

We always update the price list once a month and the actual list of available products all the time. Our delivery time is 08:00 am – 18:00 pm. Please mark the wished time of delivery when placing an order, “morning” or “afternoon” ( more specific delivery hour can’t be told due to ever changing traffic situation), add wished amounts at indicated column in kg (for vegetables, herbs, fruits) or number of bags, bottles, tubes etc. for all other prepacked products. Write 1 for 1kg or 1bag, bottle, tube etc, write 2 for 2kg, 0.5 for 0.5kg etc, don’t use a comma when writing 0.5kg etc, but only use a dot, don’t write “1 piece” or something alike. The individual and total amount can come out automatically. Our minimum order is 100 yuan. Please click the “Order Preview” button for a list of your orders before submitting the order. If your order is less than 100 yuan, the system may warn you when clicking that button.

Your order should have been placed latest by 16:00 pm (by 14:00 pm if the order includes dairy products) the day before delivery day, so that your orders can get delivered on time.

Together with your ordered products you will receive an invoice, the invoice amount must be paid by you at time of delivery. Receipt of goods and payment should be confirmed by you and the driver with signatures on the invoice, so that we know you got what you wanted. The products will be delivered in a cooling box with cooling bags to keep their freshness during transport, the box has to be emptied by you at the time of reception, because the driver has to take it back (together with the cooling bags) immediately. If there is nobody at home at time of delivery, the driver will pack the products into an open tray which he will leave in front of your door or at the reception desk of the building you are living. Payment for at time of delivery not paid deliveries must be done the next delivery day, despite of that we received an order from you or not for this day, the driver will come to your home and collect the money.
