1. When do you deliver?

In Beijing we deliver daily (except Sunday) between 8:00am and 4:00pm.

Order by 4:00pm the day before delivery - alternatively just opt for the next delivery.

• If your order is over 100 RMB and delivered by regular delivery, it is FREE of charge.
  
• If your order is under 100 RMB or over 100 RMB but not by regular delivery, the charge is 20 RMB per delivery.

• You will receive a personal VIP account, username & password. With these you can order online.
• Delivery will be arranged in accordance with the time the order is placed.

You can pay on delivery. When you receive your package, please check it, sign for it and pay our driver.
Alternatively, you can pay in advance through Zhifubao and make up any difference on delivery.

Yes, we have delivery centers in Beijing, Shanghai, Shandong, Guangdong and Kunming and more than ten production sites throughout the country; these are supplemented with organic products from Germany and Japan.

10. What range of products to you offer?

We have about one thousand different products available, including organic vegetables, fruits, spices, dairy products, eggs, grains, gift boxes, snacks, infant foods, cosmetics and more.
